Since our establishment in 1981, we have been at the forefront of women empowerment. Our organization is dedicated to promoting gender equality and uplifting the lives of underprivileged women.

Empowering child rights, we raise awareness against child marriage and implement child protection schemes. Volunteers are educated on laws and policies, while initiatives like Childline 1098 combat child marriage, labor, abuse, and trafficking.

We've empowered women farmers to adapt to local climate change, fostering women leadership and resilience. Through network strengthening and Village DRR Plans, we ensure disaster resilience. We lead project teams, forge partnerships, and conduct community capacity building for disaster risk reduction in Mahishi village, including rehabilitation and flood relief efforts.

We are fostering awareness of government schemes, mobilized youth for community support, and organized emergency flood relief in Mahishi block. Through capacity building, gender policy development, livelihood models, and goat distribution, we empower communities. Our initiatives include baseline surveys, community sensitization, Gram Sabha participation, and forming CBOs, SHGs, and Kisan Clubs.
